Your Responsibilities

Join our team as Head of HR Fleet Systems & Analytics where you will be leading Mistral’s HR IT system development, pioneering state-of-the-art reporting, and championing data-driven insights for Marine HR.

  • Actively take the lead for the future development of Mistral as the driving HR IT system and monitor the service desk

  • Establish an accurate; state of the art HR Reporting; Identify new and innovative trends and technologies, Drive dashboards and KPI reporting

  • Actively support Marine HR in delivering high quality and efficient data analytics services through innovative approaches

  • Investigate possibilities to use AI in the HR process landscape and develop implementation plans

  • Steer and actively contribute to current and future HR Projects; represent CMG in various working groups as required

Your Profile

  • Holder of a bachelor’s degree in applied sciences, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, HR or any related field. Master’s degree is a plus

  • Having a previous professional experience in HR systems especially Crewing HRIS – ideally Mistral and in managing operational HR processes

  • Strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a proactive, can-do attitude

  • Innovative and proactively driven

  • Structured and organized to interact on various levels within and outside of the organization

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 with related BI-tools

  • Having a leadership experience in managing cross cultural teams in complex organizations

  • Business fluent in English (English is the company’s official language)
