Job Description

Responsibilities Include: Consolidate, analyze, and report Weekly Cruise Booking Activity from all of the operating units, highlighting trends for the Executive Management; Consolidation of all submissions for the Annual Planning Process as well as the Quarterly Forecast Process and value added analysis for Executive Management; Evaluation of Forecasts to recommend Public Earnings Guidance; Preparation of a variety of analyses for the CEO, CFO and VP, Investor Relations for the quarterly conference call including the highlighting of new trends which are developing; Preparation of Board of Director Business Report, Preparation of Quarterly Audit Committee package; Creation of CFO’s Presentations to the Board of Directors; Prepare competitive analysis for Executive/Senior Management and the Board of Directors including value added commentary; A variety of value added self-initiated ad-hoc analysis as well as analysis requested by Executive Management and other departments.

Essential Functions:

  • Consolidate, analyze, and report Weekly Cruise Booking Activity from all the operating units, highlighting trends for the Executive Management

  • Preparation of schedules and materials to be used in the quarterly Earnings Release calls

  • Consolidate all submissions for the Annual Planning Process and the Quarterly Forecast Process and provide it to Executive Management along with an analysis of such submissions

  • Preparation of presentations to the BOD, Audit Committee and upper management

  • Ad-hoc analysis requested by executive management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in financial roles with some experience in budgeting and forecasting and other planning and analysis; MBA preferred but not required

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Detail-oriented, strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting or MBA preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excel and PowerPoint skills

Physical Demands: Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time. Requires regular movement throughout CCL facilities.

Travel: No or very little travel likely

Work Conditions: Work primarily in a climate controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.

The range for this role’s base salary is $60,600 - $105,000. Offers to selected candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
